Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lyte.Digital waitlist ("Service") during its waitlist phase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
Service Description
Lyte.Digital is a self-service, low-code platform designed for fintech innovation. During the waitlist phase, you will be granted early access to the platform upon approval. The Service is being offered for informational and testing purposes only and is not yet fully operational.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts to use the Service. By joining the waitlist, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Waitlist Participation
Participation in the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to the full platform. Lyte.Digital reserves the right to approve or deny access to users based on its internal criteria. You will be notified if you are granted access to the platform.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when signing up for the waitlist
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including login credentials, if applicable.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to data scraping, system disruption, or unauthorized access.

Prohibited Conduct

Lyte.Digital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, during the waitlist phase. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Lyte.Digital makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service during the waitlist phase.
Lyte.Digital is not responsible for any issues or damages resulting from your participation in the waitlist or use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or system outages.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyte.Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oklahoma.
